I bought a 2001 Toyota Tacoma with 270k miles and I'm looking to get the truck on my schedule in entirety. I am changing the oil, the spark plugs and the differential oil today. my question is can anyone give me a solid list of what I need to do to keep this Toyota running for another 150k?

Is it the V6? If so check the timing belt

If its the I4, check the valve clearance (might need to have this done and re-shimmed)
Transmission fluid change/flush (flush if auto)
    And more I'm sure haha.

Also, things like water pump and coolant flush (at least flush) would be a good idea.
