    Pushed 85's on DB bench today 5 times, new PR! Next week me and dude I workout with are going to try to find our 1RM on everything, then not max again until end of summer. Aiming for 225 on bench and at least 245 on squat.

    Make sure to pace yourself throughout the week. Don't try and max everything on the same day. I usually do bench and squats the same day, but deads get their own day and usually with at least 1 or 2 days break from the other days

    Oh hell no, we were gonna go on our normal scheduled days and just try to max at the beginning. I.e. Bench on chest day, squats on leg day, deads on back.

    Sounds like a good problem. Means your bf is low enough for them to show and that you have good blood circulation. You want your muscles to stay warm and loose. Ever think you look small in the morning after getting out of bed? It's cause you kinda are. Warm your body up and your joints operate better and naturally swell some and your muscles loosen up and get more blood flow. I wear compression pants for bball and I'm super veiny with them on and after taking them off. Keeps my lower body warm and provides great blood circulation

    Had to go to a dinner for work last night at this place called the Blue Willow Inn...It's this super-old-timey place in an old plantation building. I was gonna go with a salad, but now that I'm a cardio bunny, I figured I'd just eat what I wanted and run it off today. I had reeeeeeeeally small portions of mashed potatoes and gravy, mac n cheese, white rice, fried scallops, green beans, and fried tilapia. It was some of the best food I've ever had. Do any of y'all know who Lewis Grizzard is? For those who don't, he was a comedy/sports writer for the AJC, comedian, author, and a HUUUUUUUGE Georgia fan. He wrote about this place in the 90's and said it was some of the best Southern food he'd ever had and I'd have to agree.

    Also, there's a Pet Rescue group here in Butts Co. called Butts Mutts and they're doing a 5k in the morning and my wife talked me into doing it. I dunno what the hell is going on with me lol. Goal is to keep it under 25 mins.

    Lol I posted that this time last year

    I feel biggest at home...in my laundry room

    I was reading about them too, but what I read was that it was kind of a waste. You get like 1-2 cool items every now and then, but it's mostly like the free sample shit you get with bb.com orders. Although, @tacopaulo and I both have the Arnold shirt and, although I can't speak for him, it added an inch on my arms and my bench went up 40 lbs.

    That's why I like the option to buy past boxes so you can actually see what you are getting. For $30 (and they have a $5 off you first box, so really only $25) I can get that Arnold shirt, a shaker bottle, and some protein bars. That's a pretty good deal, but throwing $30 at them for a mystery box isn't as appealing.

    I get these boxes every month - some are better than others but I am ok spending $30 to get a shirt and shaker or supplement to try and other various samples of shit I've never heard of. plus they give you workout ideas/guidelines. :muscleflexing: not completely a waste :notsure:
    holy shit :eek: :goingcrazy::goingcrazy:
