    The dealership sells the grill surround with the regular OE grill as well. Not the surround by itself unfortunately.

    It wasn't what I wanted to do either haha. After I dropped a grand on the Pro grille, Headlights, and painted surround (with a grille I didn't need) at the dealer I ended up with quite a few spare parts -chrome grille surround/grille and a new grill insert I pulled out of the painted surround. Luckily I sold the new insert almost immediately to a fellow GA member that was making a Satoshi style grill.

    Correct. The TRD Pro grille is only the insert, if you want a color matched grille bezel surround, you have to buy a complete cowboy hat grille with the color matched bezel surround.
    I just did the same modification also. Had the TRD Pro grille first, didn't like the chrome after a while, replaced with a black bezel surround and TRD Pro headlights at the same time. Cost was around $1000 but I already sold the old grille and headlights, recouping some upgrading costs! This is how it looks so far, but Pelfreybilt bumpers are on the way. Hopefully delivered and installed next month! I'm getting rid of the chrome license plate frame for a black one:image.jpg
