Box squats also stop your knee at roughly a 90* angle, putting more stress the joint. by going lower, the knee cap articulates fully over that 90* point, resulting in less stress on the joint. My personal opinion is you are better going beyond that point (i.e. lower/deeper) then explode up to prevent additional stress on the knee.

just my thoughts....backed up by science...haha

 

Did backnbis this afternoon. Also downloaded a free Tabada app and did jumprope tabada....good god. I officially have 3 cardio sessions under my belt this week, so I'm basically ready to smash this 5k in the morning

all 4 sets of 6-15:

wide-grip pull-ups (strict, of course)
v-grip lat-pulldowns
v-grip t-bar rows
reverse-grip barbell rows
lower back hyperextensions

all 3 sets of 6-20:

incline bench hammer curls
standing concentration curls
machine preacher curls

8 min tabada jumprope

I thought you were supposed to measure food raw? I know for sure that's how you're supposed to measure chicken and other meats. Not sure about rice.

I saw that on the Chive yesterday and tried getting the wife on board. She just stared at me...

Just make sure you keep dem knees flared out. That's the most important thing to me.
