Looking to decide on a lift kit before I pull the trigger on my new 16 DC OR. The Icon 2 or 3 are both a bit pricey for me. I'll never do any off roading and I only drive my vehicle about 5k per year. I was thinking of going with the Rough Country 4" Suspension lift. Thoughts? Any advice is appreciated fellas. Really like the look of the 4" lift.

Max hp is at 6000rpm so it has power if you have your foot in it.

Orange hulk do you live in Hawaii? Cuz that's where I normally see trucks that look like yours. Different strokes.... Never understood that fad/style

I'm guessing you really haven't seen or talked to any of the guys that live in Hawaii. If you follow them on IG they all seem to do like 12" lifts with 33s and 14-16wides. I was born and raised in Ga so I would say this is more of a southern truck 6-8" lift and 35s I would say is the standard and not a fad. Even just looking across the boards and forums that seems the standard now ... Not sure what they do in Cali but must be a more reserved ... Different strokes is rightimage.jpgimage.jpg

We must be on different forums...
Maybe on a full size, but no way 8" is "standard" on tacomas. :der:
Sick truck, just not my style on a midsize.

This thread definitely has the best looking trucks on TW. Picking what to do next is getting difficult .

Subjective on "the best looking on TW". But a lot of nice looking trucks here.

Look at the RCD 4.5 lift, its quality pieces from a DB type lift and a lot of guys love it.
