You'll be good, I'm not to savvy on what the Sport models come with nowadays but it's the equivalent of a limited slip right? ATRAC I think? Much better than an open diff and to be honest even then you may still be good, I had mine locked last time just to be safe and because I wanted to test it out (hadn't used it up till that point).

 

I don't have an A-Trac button so not sure.

My only off road experience prior to this truck has all been 2wd. So far, the times a locker was needed, I compensated with momentum.

I'm sure it'll be fine. I've seen videos of guys get through a lot without a locker.

It's definitely on the mod priority list though!

 

According to this article (below) the 2016 Sport has auto limited slip differential which will definitely help in sticky situations

@eon_blue how is this trail so tough?? Is it like the shit we tackled at Cleghorn?

I'm gonna PM you guys my info, @MADSTEEZE does it make sense for us to convoy? Do either of you guys have Ham or CB? I'll be running both in case.

 

All I have is a set of Motorola two-ways.

I want to setup a radio in the truck. Haven't done it yet. Need to learn all about it.

I'm in for a maybe, did the "look out" and "rowher trail" about a month ago..definitely a cool trail.

Love this trail. I think the one he marked on the the map earlier is the black diamond to the east of this. Where they have those 3 steep hill climbs. Remember when I jumped out all scared cause I thought we were gonna roll. lol.

 

Cleghorn has some gnarly stuff. I think Rowher is much easier.

Just got home! @MADSTEEZE and @digitaLbraVo and I conquered the difficult trail going across Rowher Flats out to the Bouquet Canyon Reservoir...little preview of what we're doing in a couple weeks!

We met a couple of guys in a '93 Toyota pickup that were pulled over on one of the more difficult parts of the trail, they were by themselves and afraid to roll over going down it. @digitaLbraVo spotted them through it and they joined us for the rest of our trek. They'll be signing up on TW, new recruits!
