The best part of Canada has always been the U.S. customs agent getting out of Canadia.... awe the memories

What switches do you need in your cab when wanting to use a winch? Just a winch power switch?

I'm running straight to battery power, but now that I'm looking into some power cutoff switches it wouldn't be a bad idea to have one installed

So you don't have any switches mounted in your truck to control it right now correct? I'll probably end up doing a power one

I don't get this... Just run the winch remote inside when needed.

Made it down to Nebraska and weighed my truck today. Stock weigh for a dcsb 2nd gen is around 4k. I weighed in at 5960  and I still averaged 16mpg this trip. Even got 17 a couple times

That manual life. Plus driving 95% highway at 75 mph/2500 rpms (sweet spot) helps out a lot

Got to some pretty high altitudes and ol blu started having a hard time breathing. Highest I hit was just shy of 10k feet. It even cause my check engine light to go off

And your odometer isnt reading correctly anymore. With the bigger tires you are actually going farther then whats getting registered. Im off about .4. So when I read 120 on the odometer ive actually gone mid 130
