Ok so quick question. Should the bypass be tight with the control arm. Or be parallel with the coilover. Also couldn't get the heims spacers out but a super fine flap wheel fixed that and fit perfect!

It's a dealership strategy. So we all know that what they have on there is worth let's say 5k installed to be generous and to call it an even number, and they're already marking up a stock truck 7k or so over what they buy it for as an estimate. So as it sits they paid 35k ish for that truck with the lift, but they mark it up 14k which gives their sales guys a pretty fat cushion as to the "great deal" they can give you and what they can agree upon on in negotiation. If they can still walk away making that 7k in stock mark up at the end of the day, they win. It's the easiest way for a dealer to leave negotiaton room on the truck without losing any money. Thus why dealers love selling modified vehicles

Agreed. Also you have to consider the market. They aren't marketing a truck like this to the likes of you people, internet forum guys who probably have their own skills, tools, etc. The cost doesn't make sense to you guys because you know. But the guy with money to burn that doesn't know anything about it and just wants to have a truck that makes him look like he knows what he's doing doesn't care. He's likely got the money but lacks the knowledge or patience to figure it all out so would rather just shell out some cash to have his cool truck.

    Also, 3 year warranty.

Yea I know.. Tried to get it to bump with the strike plate but when we got it in Virtical the coilover would hit it at full droop. It did not wanna sit where it really should have gone for some stupid reason. Idk, it looks goofy compared to everyone else's but it works and that's all I care about

We have a new dealership as our title sponsor at Jambo. They don't have any merch to bring, so they bring their fancy showroom trucks to the event. They had a 16 with a BDS spacer lift on it with some fancy wheels. The sticker was $52k! They have no idea what the market is at a real offroad event. I just laughed every time I walked past their booth.

Doing my camburg install next weekend.. couple of questions.. 1. Which way do the lower uniball adapters orientate? 2. Which lca spacer goes where? 3. I got 2 nylock nuts and two washers in the "UCA kit" and a little confused on where they even go haha

image.jpg These - ones a little longer than the other. Does it make a difference?
image.jpg Like this? Or flipped around?
image.jpg This is the small bag of brake like holder and what not. A little confused on what those two large nyloc nuts go to with the washers

The spacers are different sizes because the lower control arm pivots are different. The longer ones should be for the rear pivots. You'll know when you get there, only makes sense one way.

You have the spindle/uniball adapter on right.

The large nyloc and and washer are for your upper control arm bolt. They will replace the factory nut on the end of the really long bolt.
