    I can recommend a friend of mine but his shop is located on Lady's Island and I don't know what he charges but he does all custom signs, shirts, vehicle wraps, decals/stickers, promo stuff, etc. He's prior Marine Corps and he also does all the family/graduate shirts for MCRD Parris Island. His company has been established there since the 80s.

    Good people and good work for sure...

    Sounds like you are using Edge not Internet explorer like you were in the previous ver. The new edge browser isn't great. You can try google chrome or Firefox. Or click on the Windows logo lower left corner (the old start button) then just start typing Internet. You should see then see Internet explorer. Open it. After it opens right click on it in the tray at the bottom and click pin it tray or bar or something like that.
