    Interesting gym session today

Watched this guy keep upping his front squats ....I heard weights fall and noticed him on the ground.

I sprinted over and observed a 2" laceration to his forehead and had lost consciousness briefly.

Everyone else just watched me work on him (losers) except one other guy who's a medic/cop.
I started giving directives to people who wanted to stand and watch me
-start medics. Here's the gyms address
    -block traffic
-go to his locker and get me his ID
    -get me more supplies

Dude was legit covered in blood. All over his head/face/shirt. Was a bitch controlling the bleeding

Train safely, folks. Injuries can, and will happen.

I'm good on Protein. Still got like 3 lbs of my Pro Jym left.

What do you guys recommend? (I'm currently cutting...). I'll probably try some pre. Don't know what else. Always up for trying new supps.

Lol. I'm on that diet

I'm looking for a miracle supp that will get me jacked and tan. Duh. I want to take something and not have to actually go to the gym.

No, I'm kidding. I'm not really "looking" for anything. I'll grab some pre and I don't really know what else. Just random shit

Don't think I've ever seen pics before, damn! Impressive.

Is the GAT your product line? I've not heard of it

GAT is not my product line, but its the product I choose to take as it works for me. I am a product ambassador for a local supplement store in my town, and the stack shown is my go to stack. I couldn't be happier with their products.
