    Yep. Also, you will want to get a pin for the base that is removable (I use one that has a spring type of hook.

    One thing I can not stress enough, get fender washers for the backside of the bolt - you really don't want a cracked bed!

    It's a washer they use to shim fenders originally - essensially a washer that is much bigger (overall diameter compared to the inside diameter) than a regular washer like this:

    It just helps to spread out the force of the bolt on the bed.

    I guess I wasn't clear in my post.... Do you have to remove the base of the Jack in order to mount the jack? In my mounting, I had to remove the base and then mount the jack.
