Front squats. I believe he lost his balance as I noticed him ascending on his toes instead of his heels.
The barbell grip area (I believe) fell on his head when he fell (all 225lbs of the weights/bar)

I resigned in March...but they'll still hook you up im sure. Just email jeanie@topsecretnutrition.com and let her know you're a friend of mine. She's good people.

Dang. When I'm doing a lift I'm always thinking in my head if something goes wrong this is how I'm going to bail out to have the least amount of injury. But I guess if something ever did go wrong if probably be too panicky to actually do it and cause more harm trying to squirrel out

I watched the guy start at 225lbs, then 285, then 315. He started backing down after 315 and for some reason, just lost it @225. Scalps bleed really well due to the thin skin on it.

I've seen that guy quite a bit, actually. He's taller and athletic built. I wouldn't say he is a rookie...I think he needs to know not to rise on his toes, but use his heels instead, or use the smith machine for them- or even DB's.

So, when Lats are the muscle of the week, I think I'm just gonna do pull-ups and get someone to snap a pic. Way easier than actually flexing them, and I look like I have a decent V taper

There ya go @zacharypaul89 no need to learn how to flex them. You're welcome.

Yes, I do a 24 hour fast 2-3 times a month. I find a few benefits from it, appetite reset, metabolism boost, I also find its the best nights sleep I get. I usually do mid afternoon - mid afternoon. Never more than 24 hours at a time. First meal is always small but Im never super hungry toward the end. Its not as hard as you think as long as you are hydrated and keep moving. I never try to prep for it by eating a lot the day before. I think its also best to do it on a day you are busy and its easy to forget about eating.

For real though you aint lying. I only look like I lift in my bathroom.

I train at night after 2 meals usually. I also love training in the mornings fasted, but it's just the matter of waking up early in the morning.
