Relocated the rear diff breather, but rather than route it inside the gas fill port cubby, I routed the new breather up higher in the rear corner behind the tail light. I was worried about dirt/dust getting back there after seeing what the back of the tail light looked like, but it can't be any worse than exposed on the top of the diff.

Yep I had to do the same. I just put them in the vise and was done in seconds.

How did you go about getting the washers off the bed bolts? They seem to separate from the bolt head but they won't slide off the bolt itself.

You have to file/grind the ridges off the bolt (where the washer is against in your picture).

Ok. I've seen people post pictures using a Dremel tool but it always looked like they were getting to separate the washer from the head. LoL

Time to buy more tools I guess...

Yep grind down the threads closest to the bolt head. Then when I installed I put washer then new ring then bolt...keeps you from having to modify the washer.

What size drill bit did you use for the tire down? Mine are slightly too small. Think I need to buy the right size bit.

I installed my new grill. It took about an hour from start to finish. I will have to do this one more time whenever I get my color matched surround.
