Straps, clevis and mount from trail gear. Steel plate from Amazon. Welding, cutting and fab by me :)

The solid LCA mount is 3/8 steel with a 14mm hole. And a moog grease fitting bolt in it.

I don't think so, it keeps the bolt pulled tight to the mount. On the other side and that little spring is getting crushed by my 600# coil over.

Also that would mean the bolt on the clevis sliding up and down, making noise.

    Yes
You are better off just pulling the spring and running a nut top and bottom so the clevis is solid mounted. Those spring mounted ones always end up loose and rattle etc. That top nut will move around on ya' if you don't run a jamb nut on top of it.

Didn't think of adding a nut below the mount. We'll see how much noise these make. Thatay be the answer.

I did add a jam nut, used a nylon washer insert nut, for doubled 'dont fucking move '

Damn, you weren't messing around with those tabs, 3/8" is SOLID, nice work! Did your DK arms come with the tabs, or did you have to add them?

No, I need to add the spacers before I romp on it hard. However I wasn't getting any contact with the old arms and bumps, or using all my up travel, before the new arms. So spacers are the last part to go on.
