Just purchased a SR5 but it obviously lacks the fender flairs on the TRD models. Can I purchase the OEM fenders on the TRD's and snap them in?

Could you give me more detail? Drill from inside the wheel well or on the outside of the body?

image.jpg image.jpg I don't believe there's is any drilling. I believe you remove the specific screws that you see under wheel well, fit the flares then replace the screws. I sent you a PM. There's also another part you have to change. If you look behind your rear fender well you will see (both sides) a long plastic fin looking piece that runs along the bottom edge of the body. The trucks that do not come with fender flares a longer trim pieces there. If you add OEM flares you'll need to buy shorter ones because the rest flares go all the down the fender well. Sorry probably confusing. The pic is not my truck but shows what I'm talking about. From the pics you can see what I mean especially after you go look at your truck. Also note the TRD Off a Road block matte textured flares have different part number from the other ones designed to be painted to match

Oh yes. This year has been some of the worst hail and frequent i have ever seen. Lots of damage to houses and cars. Gotta protect the taco!

I would get two cans. I used 3/4 of a can on the bumper caps and close to 1/2 a can on the emblems.

I Just bit the bullet and ordered the high clearance version this morning. Looks like it should ship in about a week. Once I get it I'll get some pics and I'll do my best to get a decent sound clip.

I also confirmed with MBRP that the short and long versions are the same until the tailpipe, so if I decide I want to switch it to the other style it's just a matter of buying the last section of pipe.
