I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    That looks great.

Also to anyone seeing that he did that to the back plate so no color matched grilles have shipped just want to make that clear!

I didn't even give that a second thought. But now that you mention it, good thing you clarified that because you know some will be all over it, lol.
BTW where's my grille? :boink: J/K

Aren't some of the '16 colors hold overs from previous years? I know white, silver sky metallic and barcelona red are.

That doesn't have anything to do with it what year they are from. I'm having color matched powders made not wet paint.

Sorry, I'm not really in the know about this stuff. I'm not trying to offend and have no idea what is involved in having powders colors matched.

Hes trying to say the powders have to be made and matched to the existing paint colors. This takes time because they simply don't exist.

It doesn't matter if the WET paint already exists, the company that is making the powder still has to create it from the ground up.

    .
Just curious ... is there a certain amount of open grille area that is needed for a certain engine cooling (OEM required) airflow ?

I am probably over thinking this ... but I was curious as this grille looks like less airflow than my OEM grille and I live in the hot south.

IMO ... This is the best looking front grille that I have seen for a Tacoma.

Ok, I guess that explains it and in my ignorance I just assumed someone might have had those powder colors already in existence since they have been around a few years now. Thanks for not jumping on me.

It would definitely choke off a Hellcat or a Veyron, probably not a Tacoma

I was going to place my order, initially thinking it was $470 shipping included, after adding shipping it came to $565. Everyone was talking about $400 grille but it's way more than that.

I really wish mine would show up! It was shipped on the 13th (JLess assured me it shipped), but still not here and tracking info still says "Ready for UPS". I'll be calling UPS tomorrow morning.

Shipping is no longer included it costs me way too much for packaging to include it for free. I made that mistake with the first batch of orders. It's averaging 90 to 110 bucks a grille just for packing and shipping on my end.

I know it was somewhere in this thread I think. What did you say these weighed?
Just for curiosity's sake. @JLee For some reason I was thinking around 30 lbs.

    N/M I checked your website. 13lbs 4oz. Don't know why I was
    thinking 30 lbs, lol.

Cut Jerry some slack, shipping rates fluctuate all the time, and iam sure they are going all over the USA soon the entire World.Have you bought shipping material lately? Shipping material is not cheap, I would rather spend the extra money to have the grill arrive un damaged and on time!! I applaud Jerry because since following this thread i can tell he is absolutely doing his best to make everyone happy and deliver a top notch product.
