Did the first half this weekend. Richland Creek at the Elk reserve was 33 inches deep. I did not have any problems in a stock Tacoma with the dif breather relocated engine bay wasn't that wet either. Going to go again when it cools down.

The picture below doesn't look like much but behind the truck you can see a little part of the creek near the cemetery. Within 30 minutes of rain it was rising quickly and the forecast called for rain all day and Monday so I bailed. Again the pictures do not look like much but coming down from the ridge we camped on I had to use 4lo to keep from sliding all over the place. Slightest tap of the brake in some areas was like a slip and slide. I never felt unsafe but I try to take care of the roads too. Can't wait to do it again.

    Changed my DisplayOff image ---Twice!!
I was down there camping at Beaver Lake (Best lake in all of the USA, BTW) during this time frame!! I wanted to take my 16' stock Taco and do some exploring based on this thread but never got the chance. I take it you live around there jager? I'm going to be back the first week of August with my eldest son who couldn't make it on this trip to due band engagements (barbwire revolt, quick little commercial plug, look them up!!) and we're going to do some wake boarding and camping at Beaver again. Hopefully I can get away for a little 4wd excursion. If interested, it'd be cool to explore with someone who's familiar with the area and where it's safe to go and where not to. I have zero rescue equipment and I said, I'm bone stock.

You should be able to get around several area's. The clearance on the new 16 TRD Tacoma is already better than mine :( I've camped at Beaver Lake before but I did not go 4 wheeling down there well not on purpose had to use 4 wheel drive to get in and out of my parking spot at the campground.
