    You should check for obvious leaks while you've got it off. Like literal holes in the housing or a loose connection at the bypass valve.

    Bypass house had a hole in it. About the only thing I could find. Waiting for a new seal because I fucked mine up lol. Just hope the pulley but holds but I'm sure it will

    I have all the rebuild parts. Just been to lazy to put them in. Have you run it yet? How much boost? Does that sound go away under throttle?

    It doesn't go away under throttle . No way can that sound be normal. Haven't driven it yet. 7th injector is leaking now and my 3rd member needs to be installed

    I move in one week too lol. Have to drive the truck like this 4 hours away

    Damn, I really think it's the rotors and their tolerance. The new rotor pack should solve your problem, but I would contact the eBay seller and see what they say about the noise (link that video).

    That's what I just did. It has to be that though. The sound is coming from the rotor area and everything else is new lol
    The pulley but ended up being able to torque just fine to spec
