I've gotten pretty good at getting the bike out now that I'm riding it, plus it doubles as a pretty nifty garage/wrenching space! :D

The unit is right in the middle of a hallway. So I back it out and roll it down the hall, do a three point turn and I'm out. Getting it back in, I have found, is a lot easier to just point the rear end down the hallway and back it down the hall, then I can turn it right into the unit.

I keep all my riding gear there in a big plastic bin and it's a 5 minute bike ride to the unit from my apartment. I put a giant master lock (one of the hexagonal carbide shackle deals) on the rear disc for extra measure and keep it covered so it doesn't get dusty and spiders don't get on it. I wrapped the lock shackle with duct tape so it won't scratch the disc, plus I heard (not sure if true) that putting duct tape on lock shackles can "gum up" bolt cutter blades and prevent them from cutting effectively.

Also, the place apparently has a lot of musicians that practice there at night, along with a couple of those golf-cart cab businesses being run there. So there's a lot of activity there at all hours. Kinda nice to have some extra eyes keeping watch when I'm not there.

    Thanks all for your help!

Pull it into your kitchen or inside your apt an option? I've had a few buddies and people that pull them into their kitchen since they are smaller. I've even seen a picture of a guy with an upstairs apt park his on his balcony by taking it up an elevator. idk if I'd do that but I thought it was pretty funny. I wish I could pull my rzr inside lol.

I live on the third floor and no elevators so that wouldn't have worked haha
