A while back I posted pics of Demello round tube bolt on sliders. I thought they sat too low so they contacted me to send them back. They put them on the truck and agreed they didn't fit right. Perhaps due to a jig problem or just being a new product. But they sent me a new set and seem to fit much better. Just wanted to clear that up and thank Demello for great service.20160522_182750.jpg20160522_183006.jpg20160522_182949.jpg

I have a set of these coming my way. How do you like them so far? Were they plug and play using the factory harness. I'm curious as I want
to use the oem switch on the stalk.
    Thanks

I just ordered mobtown sliders, Relentless fab tranny/mid skid combo (already have the front skid), relentless fab quick fist mounts for shovel and relentless fab hilift mount.

Now i sit and wait for all this to show up at my house. I'm pretty excited. Not too excited about mounting those sliders. I'm a little scared. How bad can it be?

What are the performance differences between the rock sliders and the OEM tubular step assists. I have a OEM chrome step assist, would that protect me just as well as a rock slider? They look so similar and same spot.

Has anybody come up with a good CB antenna mount that will jive with the stock tonneau cover?

Rock sliders are more for protection when off roading. What you have are steps. They would fold with the first rock encounter. Rock sliders protect your rocker panels. Two very different things. My big thing was being able to jack my truck and change a tire. I have a lift and bigger tires so the factory bottle jack is useless. The bolt on rock sliders I bought are capable of supporting the weight of the truck. So i can use a high lift on the sliders and jack my truck.

Wrapped them with Falken Wildpeak AT/3W 265/65/17. Next project is to dip all the badges and grill. Just as soon as I wash and stain the deck. Busy holiday weekend coming up

Sounds good, can't wait until you post some picks. You might run into a problem with the mid skid and the sliders, I've never seen the mobtown sliders but if they have large gusseted plate that bolts to the side and bottom of the frame like the Relentless one's it might contact the mid/t-case skid and you'll have to cut it out of the sliders. I know the Relentless ones were notched around the skid plate to have the clearance (my truck was used for all of the mockups). One piece of advice I can give you is get a second person to help you install the skid and you'll need a nice floor jack to support it in place since its a heavy bitch. You can do it by yourself but not without some frustration and you'll have to drill 2 holes in the frame which isn't easy since he picked a spot where the frame is two or three layers thick.
