Good lordy lord!!!! 4 hours it took me to get mine on. I'm kind of a perfectionist, but got to the point where I was like, just get these on and I'll adjust them in a few weeks. I can confirm the finger pain LOL. They look great!!! Thanks TW and everyone who has contributed in this thread!!!

Is anyone looking into getting seat covers for these seat covers? Wouldn't want to mess them up. All jokes aside though are these waterproof? And are they hot in the summer?

I put clear plastic covers over mine to protect them that are protecting the original covers.

I believe someone has to be sitting in the seat and it will activate.

Just installed my covers. They look great, fit great, install was easy, but the inserts really don't seem like leather to me. Maybe it's just some really cheap leather painted black? They smell like paint. Anyways, will see how they are after a few weeks.

Leather is holding up very well after 2 months, it's my daily driver so I'm climbing in and out of the driver's seat everyday.

I know after a year the grey leather inserts of my Katskins started to flake away, was not too happy about that. We'll see how these hold up.

I just bought the all black leather seat covers using the "tacomaworld" code to save $75. Emailed the company and the code is still active for now, so get it while it lasts. Can't wait for tracking number/delivery/install. I just hope I can install them without difficulties. I wanted contrasting stitching, but for an extra $100, just went all black.

The contrasting stitching is totally worth the extra cost and wait time. I'm so glad I didn't settle for all black.

Mine just went to "container". I was hoping to get them by the end of June when I ordered so I may still be within my window with a little luck.

You should be good if it's the same as my order. I think it was 3-4 weeks after status changed to container.

I bought a set of dark gray leather ones for my 2016 double cab. I spent 2 hours putting the drivers side one in. It looks great, but at age 73, it is whipping my old arse. Love the feel and color. Thank God I only have to do this once! Really 3 more times.... I ordered them, and they were at my place in 4 days!

Installed mine two days ago, fingers are still a little sore. The front seats are definitely the hardest but once you get the first one in the second is easier! Directions weren't as clear as the ten commandments, but adequate I suppose. I am however astonished at the overall quality of these covers... everything lined up spot on and they really do look factory. My only complaint is that the increased thickness makes some functions more difficult for example removing headrests, adjusting seat position (only slightly) and folding the back seats. This is only a minor complaint though considering that everything still does function.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who has taken these off after having them on for a significant amount of time if the factory upholstery and foam looks permanently kind of squeezed/folded or odd in any way.
