Yeah that part ticked me off when ordering, like...charge me when I order, not when you ship and then add shipping fees.

 

non agreed upon shipping fees. thats what grinds my gears.

 

I forgot about that! But they did call me to confirm on a order as i put down two when it was sold as a pair. that saved me from getting two pair, and double the order. they are a little behind on the online thing, its safer to call and order over the phone. But we all just want things right now and dont want to be personable.

I think they just want things in the same speed every other vendor provides them, with a total amount being known at the time of the order like every other vendor provides them.

 

No different than the guys running their own fab shops who never respond to email, PMs or phone calls. Then when they finally have a customer give up and complain out loud about the horrible communication they show up and say "I'm not in the office answering calls and checking emails very much, I'm in the shop working trying to pump out orders."

That's fine. Work has to be done to keep roofs overhead, everybody understands that. BUT.. that's a shit excuse. If you want to weld all day long and have zero customer accountability or customer service demands then go weld for someone elses shop. Otherwise, take 30 minutes twice a day and make sure you aren't building a bumper that's already gotten a refund request. If you run a business you run the whole business. You don't pick and choose and assign blame elsewhere when it gets called out.

So my 2yr old had a upper airway / sinus procedure done today that went well with no complications. We are pretty stoked!!!
