    I use the notepad on my phone. Kind of like pen and paper, but without actually having to tote it with you. I sometimes transfer them to excel to track them all. Usually only if I am following a program though.

    Stronglifts 5x5 is good too for tracking, but that is specific to the 5x5 program.

    I was using notes on my phone, but i would bet there's apps out there that better compile data such as volume and graphs and crap. I always have my phone for music so pen and paper is kind of pointless to me, no nwed for two methods of not taking.

    I just searched the app store and found an app called "simple workout". It allows you to add your own lifts, and also tracks workouts and previous exercises to give you graphs and all that fun stuff. Really just want to start tracking my (hopefully) progress a little bit. I'll give this a shot for the meantime.

    Walked out of GNC this afternoon. I've never walked out of a store like that before, but I was pissed. I got my 5 lb tub of ON and it rang up $99. I was like, "you've got to be kidding?!" And she said, I could only get it for the regular price of $57 if I signed up for the "gold club" for $15/yr. I asked her what kind of damn sense it makes for me to have to pay $40 more because I wasn't a damn "member." I've never heard of such fuckery.

    Yup, that is why I don't shop there. Never been in a store, and never will. Vitamin Shoppe sells the same stuff for the same price they sell to their members and other online places sell and you don't have to pay to shop there. GNC thinks they are exclusive and can charge a 'cover' like a bar or something...

    bring your head forward more when you push and lock out at the top so you'll be holding the bar straight above your head. also control the weight more and keep your lower back and those glutes tight :D
