Lol. I tried moving further for the railing disconnect but the lake was too deep lol. 45' just to the left of me during that shot.lol
Honestly agree with that as i was trying to get a shot of a bird above the water for 4 hours but they wouldn't have it.

I like the idea of motivating shots.

Trying to think of a fun new way to portray this

Best I got. It's been shitty weather last couple days and I was hoping for a better pic to use. Took this on Friday. Was hoping to be out and about this weekend with decent weather for a better pic. No such luck... Oh well. You have been motivated!

    Some really cool shit
I pick the one without words. (yeah, I know, not my pick) Jeeze, we have meme's now? ahhhhhhh. No offense, but if you need words for your photo how inspiring can it be? To be fair, I like the two shots. Just sayin'.

I believe the challenge was motivational photos which could be taken either way. I also understand what don means.
I guess i could have thrown the single word I wanted to portray on the photo for the shot.

I thought of like a motivational poster. That's what I was going for. Sorry to disappoint.

Sorry! Busy weekend followed by work.

I pick @2big4arunner . Cool photo/idea. I didn't expect people to include the words on the image, just have an idea and execute it.

I like the other two as well but felt like this one was more personal :). Good job to all those who entered.

You were correct in that. I didn't expect people to create it, but I did want you guys to look at an image and derive a meaning from it.

Maybe I misinterpreted a little. As soon as I saw motivational. I thought of a motivational poster. :notsure: I could of made it less meme like. My bad.

You did just fine . I was trying to say that you did it exactly as I intended it to be. I just didn't make it a set rule to add text to the image itself because I didn't want to leave those who don't post-process out.

    Thanks
I might mention that the two guys in the photo are overcoming great hurdles as they are teenagers and a lot more to handle. Very proud of both of them and they got the picture framed for the counselor office at the school.
I think clarification that the words did not hurt the photos above either. No need to be sorry as your image and ideas behind the motivation are very clear with the words involved .

Just want to make it clear, all entries were awesome. I went back and forth between them to pick a winner.

Also, it should be noted that this is suppose to be fun. Let's not get upset over little details or overly criticize others.

    NEW CHALLENGE!!!
Been thinking of this one since I started here but haven't seen anyone do this yet. The new challenge is
    In flight!!!
I would prefer things suspended in motion but off the ground. No planes allowed. Anything else goes

Enjoy this one people. Can't wait to see what comes about.
