    My '14 trd or has an inverter, not sure where the guts are, but the plug is in the right rear of the bed. Takes up about half of the little cargo pocket.

    Whoops. But now I have an idea. Tap into the wiring under the console, and install an extension cord rather than an outlet. Perhaps a usb power outlet as well...
