    @sean266 sounds like his concern is more on the fluid levels in the tranny and that it might be affecting how it performs.

    I think I was stuck on "payload" as we know temps can play a role on trans performance if its at a high stress temp... he can always do a drain/fill.

    Oh yes...it was a company truck too and the sob took off. good thing his front license plate fell off from the collision...damn GMC trucks! I thought your vehicle doesn't operate once the air bag deploys but he was able to drive away?
