    that's what I want. a nice small skiff. the key west is too big. also, smaller motors seem to give less problems in my experience.

    Carolina skiff and Mercury motors is the best combination IMO. The j16 is a flat bottom 16ft with the tiller. It's perfect for fly fishing. It needs 4in of water to float and 10in to put the motor down. We've got a poling setup to get into the flatts and sneaking up on reds
