    Double sheer is better, but I'm not sure it matters on a MT truck.

    I had a double shear Ruffstuff tab on mine, but it sat too far in and the bolt was tearing up my Superbump, so I cut it off and went with a single. Don't expect any issues.

    my mount for my stock LCA is even double sheer. I dont know, just seems like its an overlooked item that could easily have been doubled.

    Still cant believe the spacers on your superbump. Have one with weight on it to show the gap between LCA/Bumps?

    Not handy, but it is an inch or so, bumped perfectly though, have about a 1/8" of shaft left after beating on it pretty hard this past weekend.

    The first pic was a 9" new setup is an 8" as the tab was moved inboard a bit. But as you can see I am out of adjustment on the clevis, though it is just right for preventing the uniball from binding, so a 7" might have been better with where the tab is now.

    Okay. I'm using an 8 could have gone 7, I think, but it would be very tight on adjustment getting the nuts on.

    But they are still inverted shackles, inverted shackles are technically better for up travel and for road manners.

    @iJonny it'll probably be a year before I get the aluminum bumper and winch (wish it was sooner) so I'm thinking the 600s with some different valving would be best? I'm still trying to figure it all out and will probably only order the fronts right now.

    Yea, that may be the better option or just save your pennies and wait until you can get all of the suspension in one swoop

    I have no problem being patient and waiting for the rears to come up used or catch a deal on them like the fronts. I'll go with the 600s then thanks for the help Jon, I'm still trying to read all of the links about custom valving.
