I just sent the email for another permit to Bulldog Canyon. I like it because it's close. Nice views too.

I really enjoyed it while vacationing from SoCal!Reminds me of a few areas from CA.!Was stoked i got to hook up with @Brian007Taco @justlookin to do the trail! Also may be back in the area to do it again in the next 6 months before the permit expires but can always get another one!

Kings-Are the adjustable dampeners worth it? Seems it would be pretty handy to adjust them softer for off-road low speed and firmer for on-road.

I know a guy who may want 1" to 1.5" of lift up front and a tad less in the rear, what would he need in the rear leaf pack to keep the same ride quality?

so depends on the valving but they do get stiffer with more clicks. i think its like 15% increase in compression with each click. they have worked well for me so far

Well, I can't speak to the kings, but I have the Icon's with the compression adjusters, and they are worth every penny!! So nice to have the ability to quickly and noticeably change the ride characteristics of the truck.

As for the rear, a single, perhaps Deaver AAL should do the trick, but you'd probably want some shocks to match the performance of the front suspension. I've got an Icon stage 6 kit, so while not exactly what you are looking for, I am happy to take you for a spin in my truck just so you can get an idea regarding ride quality

When my wife met me, I had a box spring on the floor with a mattress on that and a milk crate as a side table. It blows my mind the amount of money that is spent on furniture, but I am also bias because I have to move every three years and shit gets broken or damaged. I've been lucky enough to find some pretty good Craigslist finds in order to keep my wife at bay with buying expensive furniture.

Thanks for the info. Yes the rear end would need a capable shock as well.
