Just FYI not too many guys run CB's most have moved to VHF since CB is pretty much line of site and we can reach 5-10 miles with the race radios

 

I have a handheld ham as well but just this CB is being a pain but would like to have it in rare case I need it

 

Encinitas was way out of my price range lol!

 

I'm more on the Escondido side of San Marcos

If anybody has an 05+ and hasn't done the recall for the broken leafs my buddy is a mechanic at Toyota Escondido and will swap them out in about an hour if you need your truck back asap (includes the alignment too).

 

i had mine done last week,but totally forget to ask if the did the alignment..
are they required to do the alignment??

I've been calling the dealers in San Diego but they said the leaf packs haven't arrived yet, Escondido can do it?
Who should I ask for?

 

That happened to me as well this sales guy tells me he's been waiting for the leaf pack for 1 year well I ignored him ,talk to the manager and he makes the same dude order the parts 3 weeks later I have my leaf pack installed ...
