All that just to get rid of the kazoo sound from the LCA? Kidding. That looks like a very clean install.

Haha, awesome, thanks so much! It looks so much better in person, looks like a real truck now.

I have absolutely 0 rubbing with the 285/75r16 BFG AT KO2'S I did use 1.25" or 1.5" wheels spacers that took care of any possibility of that issue. No trimming at all was necessary, just spacers and bam, good to go. Though you will need at least the 3" to fit them comfortably at full turn. With the 3" and the tires, I was able to keep the stock Bilstein shocks, and the ride has stiffened to a more comfortable lvl now. More control. More comfort tackling curbs and speed bumps. The 10 ply, makes turning ez, without the usual body role felt with raising the center of gravity. I have the Automatic transmission, since it is a learning transmission, it learned quickly. Shifting is smooth, feels just like stock. Since I just got it done today, I have driven a 15mile trip, and it told me I got 19.3 mph though you have to add a percentage for the 285 tire size, since I am accomplishing more distance per rotation. So far I have not noticed a difference. I will keep you posted if I do.

I know you list Tacoma as your city but that neighborhood looks IDENTICAL to mine in maple valley. Although...it probably looks identical to many neighborhoods...

So hey listen, shut up hey, so listen everyone. So I'm only on like, page 253 of this thread, and every time I come back in here you guys have added about 10 more new pages.

So I'm gonna need you all to just stop, ok? Just stop. For like a week. Cuz I'm still going through mid January over here like a chump, and I'm going along buying all these fancy things that seem really cool, but then I come across something 30 pages later that I should've bought, which obviously is your fault and not mine.

So ya, just cool it for awhile. Go troll the 1st gen guys for a while so I can catch up on all the shit I need to return to get the newer thing for.

Cut out were half moons knobs stay in place. Of all the screen protectors I looked at this one offered the most area and the anti glare finish works very well.

Dry when you got there? They aren't supposed to be dry. Dry implies there's no grease in the U-joints. I just checked mine today and they were dry. I was able to get about 6 pumps in every one of them.

They "fixed" my window rattle at 5k service and it's back, i did install AVS window visors, I'm worried if I bring up the issue again they might uninstall the visor and just f*ck things up!

Approaching 1k miles on my gen 3. I have a v6 TRD off road. I love the truck, but I really have to put my foot down to have some decent acceleration. I know the ECT button gives an extra thrust. But I feel that should be the normal power for the truck. Atleast down low not holding the rev to 6k rpm. Do any of you guys feel the truck is under powered?
    Maybe a transmission issue?
I owned a gen 2 and it felt like it had a lil more punch to it.
    I appreciate the feedback.

    Haha,

Thanks so much, I really wanted to find a way to keep the stock rims, worked out well being able to still hold 285's. With the sidewalls, my rims are completely protected from the evil curbs! =p

I would agree. I have about the same amount of mileage as you and I definitely feel the same. The automatic feels to me like the step from 4th to 5th is too much of a difference, like I wish 5th was a little lower geared
