    My email was a link to the item in the store. So I ordered and paid through that, entered the GB code and selected free shipping.

    I paid via CC, normal eshop purchase with all options for CC available.

    Just a heads up, horrible problems with the vendor website in Firefox, I had to switch to Internet Exploder. Its got a crappy design for the cart that drops down and when I move my mouse it starts closing up, just bad code compatibility-wise.

    I received a Paypal invoice after supplying them all the info you said too (correct amount too) and today I got a link to "place my order" didn't I do that given the invoice for correct amount? Why do I need to now go buy it via their website and shopping cart?
