Pretty lame of the previous owner to put a PreRunner badge on the back. It's obviously a 4x4 because of the pics of the 4x4 switch:

Why would he put a PreRunner badge on a 4x4...?

I don't believe that is an SR5 either .

sr5 -- Remote keyless entry, cruise control, variable-speed wipers, chrome grille surround and rear bumper, color-keyed front bumper & overfenders (PreRunner and 4x4 models), fog lamps (V6 models), sliding rear window with privacy glass, metallic-tone instrument panel trim, leather steering wheel with audio controls & shifter (A/T models only), sun visors with mirrors and extenders, backup camera and auto-dimming inside mirror with monitor, SR5 badging

I doesn't have any of the SR5 options except cruise control (easy add on aftermarket) and the badging.

Looks like my truck...a 4x4 double cab BASE model=no trd options and no SR5 options. I think someone added the badging or the tailgate has been replaced.

Defenitly a 4x4 but definitely not an SR5. It looks like it's got TRD shocks though...

Free upgrade from Toyota...my base model has bilstein shocks too ;).

Definately not a TRD....SR5 options are included in all TRD packages, so no sr5=no trd.
Also it doesn't have any switches, just blanks..same as mine.

until you see cv axles and a transfer case theres no way to know if its 4wd or not...those mud flaps and switch panel can very easily be added to make it appear as such...dealers have done shadier things to sell a truck

I would not buy this truck. To many questions and unknowns...

Likely been in some sort of accident.

You'll probably get the TRD Off Road stickers too if you buy it...LOL

4 leaf TSB, reflash ECM, Eurostyle antenna, thule roof rack, bed extender
x2 on that one. Gotta wonder about all those mods and badging issues. Take the VIN to your insurance agent or another dealer and get the real scoop on the truck.
