I was going to but I had a big rash mark on the rod end and wanted to make sure it wasn't cracked so I pulled them.

Last day of work today, and it's a half day, followed by happy hour. This day couldn't come soon enough

    Some really cool shit

My wife is an outdoor gal. We hike, camp, and fish whenever we can. Even did a 10 day hike in the Andes where we hit an altitude of 15,280 feet in one of the passes.

Here we are in Belize, flats fishing.

Yea for outdoor gals! @Don5352 fly fishing is one I have not tried yet, so if y'all find your way over to the sierras fishing, and have patience to teach, I want to learn!

Lets go fishing! I still have my old tackle box and fishing pole in the closet somewhere. Nothing crazy, pretty mucj whatever i could buy at walmart, but it did me just fine for freshwater trout fishing at the local resevoirs and such

Yea I kinda figured you might be. I'm pretty sure you mentioned you were just up for the weekend. Saw the photo and got anxious... I see they replaced the nasty rotten cone with a bright new one!

Not sure how it came about, but I like the title! And I think I'd like your wife. In a shes-a-cool-chick-too kinda way. I've been a trail girlfriend and had trail boyfriends when out hiking with folks other than my husband. (In name only, not that way!:eek::eek: )

i know, going through his old equipment this year at the cabin really rejuvenated my want for fishing. He taught fly fishing at a resort locally and ran charters for fishing. I love it, fly fishing is so peaceful. He left ALL his equipment to me so i have a plethora of poles and reels.

My favorite is large mouth, best fight for something ill actually eat.
