about 2 MPG increase a tank. My daily driving is about 76 miles round trip, 90% highway. The MPG increase is very noticeable on highway. I got trip report of 27 and even 28 MPG with the tonneau cover.

Just one week, the cover showed up the bubble or pop-up on the 1st panel.

Contacted Jeff @Extang. AutoAccessoriesGarage.com sent out the replacement panel right away. Very happy with Extang and AutoAccessoriesGarage.com.

Here is the mileage of my travel from home to work this morning. I believe, as I said, the cover has helped.

I didn't take picture. But that two pieces of foam fit the ends of the horizontal bar perfectly. It fit so well I thought it might be Toyota OEM.

Got my Solid Fold 2.0 yesterday for my 2016 DC 5' box, started leak testing. If I pour a cup of water on the panel, it pools to the edges and leaks at the rubber cap on the corners of the panels, and slowly comes into the bed at the top, running across the bed rails and distributing water along the right and left walls. I emailed Extang support, let's see how they help resolve it. Other than that, it looks great, is reasonably secure and I think I'll really like it if I can get the leaks fixed.

Background - I've had an Undercover Classic on a 2011 Taco, sealed great, held up to our MT winters great. Stood on it to wash the roof! Had a 2014 Tundra Platinum Crew Cab with an Undercover Flex. Security was a joke since shifting the cover near the tailgate would release the clips. It also leaked at the rubber hinges. Undercover support was prompt at replacing the side seals when they wore out after a year.

Unfortunately that seems to be normal.l I have the same 'sprinkle' of water in the bed when I wash the truck. I would say the cover is more water resistant than full on water proof.

Yeah, but if I run into a dead end with support, it appears that a bead of silicon under the lip of the corner cover would fix it. I had initially thought it was coming in where the bed contacting seals ended and the next one began, but when I put a temp rubber seal behind it the leaks persisted, which led me to the surface testing.

The cover is only advertised as "weather resistant" I find the sprinkle of water acceptable for my use.

    So you're deciding between buying a solid fold 2.0 cover and a 2017 RAV4? :)

2 days, no response from Extang support. Replied back to nudge them today and CCed the Assistant Customer Service Manager.

my buddy had an extang on his chevy and it flew off on the interstate. after research apparently its happened to other people. has this issue been fixed? looking to get one, love the way they look and using it to keep surfboards locked up so not worried about water getting in.

If you tighten the Knobs tight enough.. this shit won't happen..... DEALER alert... the dealers do NOT tighten it too much Cuz it could deform your tonneau and THEY R in shit....If YOU tighten it too much then YOU R in shit... It's simple... They R not responsible for your problem...

Tighten the damn things yourself.... Then U know it's good....

My buddy damn near lost his too..... Had to tighten the thing a lot...!!

his was installed by a dealer. it put a huge dent in his bed rails while flying off too. thats my main concern i guess. seems like a more serious issue. what about locktight to help the bolts from loosening. might be wrong as I've never seen the brackets in person

Did he have a solid fold 2.0? Extang makes like a million covers.

Anyways, I have yet to hear of a solid fold 2.0 coming off. If you install one, you'll see how tight it fits and not really possible for it to fly off.
