What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

not sure if you can tell from previous picture on day of Topper install, but today I tinted the side and back windows with Limo Tint for security, no it won't stop anyone from breaking in, but it will keep prying eyes from seeing whats back there without breaking in. I tested it and you can't see shit in broad daylight even shining a 1200 lumen LED torch you can barely make out the black tool box, but that probably has more to do with the fact I know its there.

 

Shouldn't take that long. 4 bolts and a couple flathead prys and you're there.

Anybody have an updated link to the always on 12v outlet MOD. The write-up in MOD section isn't coming up for me it keeps sending me to a domain creation site instead & I don't wanna modify my relays if I don't have to

 

I installed beverage holders on my cubby doors, the drivers side was completed after the pictures were taken, and I made some fishing rod holders.

 

I have a set of those to install as well. How do you have them wired? Where did you tap into in order to have them shut off? Or did you leave them on all the time?

 

in the mod i read they ran the hot straight to the battery with a 25 amp inline fuse then ran the ground to the frame i hope this helps

 

Where did you find that? I must have missed it.
