@zscott. Has all the issues with your hardware supplier been sorted out yet? I ordered just an extra cross bar over a week ago and haven't heard anything yet.

Anyone have any vibration issues with a 40" Heretic light bar? Mine vibrates when I'm driving about 65 mph.

Yes, When I first got mine it would vibrate. It had too much play in the middle so I took a few zip ties and pulled it back tight to to the closest cross bar, IE the one it is attached to. Stops all vibration, I am sure there is another fix but this solved it for me.

Seems like a hit and miss thing. What setting is your wind deflector on?

How many do you need? I may end up with 2 extra thin ones once my replacement hd bar comes in. Perhaps we can work out a trade?

My rack arrived this week. I initially contacted Zach to inquire about approximate lead times. He responded quickly and said 3-4 weeks. As promised, the rack arrived on time. I haven't installed it yet, but I'm impressed so far. The quality of the design and manufacturing, including the powder coating, appears top notch.

@zscott I've been trying to get a hold of you via email for about a month now since we originally spoke about the missing hardware for the 2 bars I ordered and the 1" black bar for the rear on my 2016. I'm hoping I might have better luck getting a hold of you on here.

    Anthony,

I thought your stuff was taken care of earlier this month and shipped out. I will check into it and get it taken care of.

    Not enough...
Anyone interested in the wiring harness that comes with the Heretic LED bars? I ended up making my own, so this one has been just sitting here. Never been installed or used for anything other than to test the bar. I did drive out of the garage with the push button switch dangling on the ground, so it has some scuffs on it.

    $40 shipped.

I made a fairing extension for my prinsu rack to help get the wind up and over my tepui tent. Sand blasting and powder coating is next. I just finished testing it for function! Wind noise = gone

Can't be any worse than the flat leading face of the tent haha. I'm expecting the fairing to help deflect driving rain away from my leading edge zipper as well. Don't want my tent getting wet without me knowing it.
