So... Not rails, really just tie downs.

And, I'll have to take a closer look.

Wonder if the box took a hit in transit. I made sure the rails sat identical. If I'm OCD about anything, it's symmetry.

Interesting stuff about the lights though, I'll have to keep that in mind when I get some as well. Is there other accessories that I should be aware of that can possibly disrupt communications equipment?

Crossbars are still doable. I was going to add crossbars, but Monte wanted it to be absolutely as low as possible. I did suggest running bracing across between the roof and roof liner if heavier items would be sitting up there.

Yeah, it will be low. So low it'll be a challenge to 'tie' stuff to any crossbar. May not be enough gap between the bar and the roof.

Bingo. Just need more wire, so there will be loops of it around the truck haha

These are tie down rails sure.

I only plan on storing one this on the roof. Maxtrax. That's it. Three straps will hold them just fine on the roof plus I'll bed line the roof so it'll have texture.

They won't move. Cross bars are pointless and would make it look bad and just raise things up higher causing more drag. Which I don't want.

I don't think I've posted this, but got it awhile ago. It's for the OSK. Just in case my co2 bottle goes dry for the locker, Ive got these for back up.

The majority of the complaints with the cheap-ass LED pods/bars seem to be premature death due to water intrusion. I have taken the face plates and end plates off of every one I have purchased and laid down additional beads of silicone to seal them up. Never had any issues with water getting in and it doesn't take more than 20 minutes per light. Even the light output on the cheapos is decent and the biggest upside to me is their peripheral illumination. I've had several close calls with deer that could have been much closer had I not had them in my sights.

Yea I took mine aprt. Having a hard time getting it back together actually. Haha

The fenders all got cut all the way around. Or do you mean the wheel wells? I think I did some hammering but that's it.

My write up shows the fender trimming and such.

Thanks man! Stoked for it. Be a while though.

Yup I meant the top of the wheel well. It looks like they took a hefty oval chunk out the top but I haven't seen that on yours or mr beggins pictures. Good to know a BFH should suffice. I start tonight with a friend. :sawzall:
