    tryin to pack on some more weight this has been breakfast the past couple weeks. 5eggs, 2 potatoes, 5 strips bacon, 2 waffels, cup oats, banana, cup of berries, cup of apple juice and a shit ton of syrup and olive oil

    havnt been on here much lately and had to let the tacoma go a few weeks ago :(

    Haha it's so hard. 2 man job. Do it from the front with them flared out, or side shot like mine...

    I like GU but never used them for lifting. I use them for biking. I'll usually eat it at my halfway point to get an extra kick to finish strong.

    Yeah I use them for mountain biking and got so used to them that I use them for the gym and lifting. I find it gives me just enough to push myself but not enough to where I am shaking from the caffeine.
