Speeding ticket off jade ave in PA. Saw judge and said no contest - he said 'anything you would like to say on your behalf?' I said no. What should I have said?

At least I hope it wasn't some BS speed.....like going 80 in a 75

 

40 in a 30. Cop stopped me and said 'we've had reports of people speeding on this street, and it needs to be stopped.'

Been driving on that road since last July and never once seen a cop on it, and haven't seen another one since. So giving me a ticket (someone whom rarely speeds ever) is not solving that speeding prob they are having.

 

Doesn't that strert have like 4 stops?
I can't imagine people wanting to race on a street with stop signs.

 

yes I think 4 stops between 73 and 365

 

I had 2 seperate ticket tickets years ago given at the same time, 95 in a 60, improper lane change
90 in a 60, wreckless driving and put sobriety test fail on the ticket, and both of the tickets were from the same cop and the same stop. I don't drink how could I have failed?

 

Not even sure if it is a leak yet, just cant figure out why my radiator wont pull out of the overflow resevoir when it cools down still.

I got one on twin city and it was the same damn thing. Barely cheaper to do defensive driving.

 

I always contest. Make sure the officer has a printout of your speed. Otherwise it's just yiur word against his. You'd be surprised how many times they end up dismissing the ticket.
