Yeah I'm about to toss a 50" radius on the roof and probably pick up one of those light bar shields, but keeping my options open to avoid hood glare lol

ditch the nerf bars, get some sliders, go for a suspension lift unless you want back problems later

Just finished some minor mods! I'm needing a few ideas for engine mods and I'm thinking a nice set of bull bars or a full ranch hand with LED fog lights!

I've been debating between a turbo charger or a supercharger. The guys at work want me to go with the supercharger. I'm just afraid either mod will cut down on engine life and I want to drive this baby until it falls apart around me!

I'd go supercharger for ease of installation and less headache. Turbo is alot of fabrication. If you keeo it tame and don't up the boost youll get plenty of engine out of it. You control when you boost, keep your foot out of it and youll stay out of boost and wont even notice its there. But thaylt extra power is pretty addicting lol. I love it

Dont get me wrong, i rocked steps on my prerunner to the point where when I pulled them off the bolts were pretty much mangled and pulling out of the bars. I also high sided on them a few times and they were fine.I like the sliders because it strengthens the frame and acts as a great door ding protector. That and no body damage if Im off roading lol

But I read that the suspension kit would cause the truck to ride different then the factory made....I don't want to mess up anything that involves the steering or the shocks of the truck...that's why I asked about just the body lift kit.

If you get a good coilover and shocks on there, your ride and handling will be alot better than stock. Just a body lift, like an inch or 2 you'll probably be fine, but do run the risk of separating your cab from the frame in an accident. Stay the F away from spacer lifts, as they change the geometry of your suspension and usually cause a very rough ride.

Bilstein 5100s can provide lift, but are a hair stiffer than stock suspension, I prefer it. But if you go for a quality shock like King or Fox, you'll love it, trust me.
