I didn't build it hoping for your approval, I built it because it meets mine!
I prefer guns and omelettes, but to each their own ;)

Was it difficult to do and did you need any special tools to get them off?

Installed rubber tailgate seal to prevent water and dust intrusion. I've done this on pickups in the past, and I've gotta say the new Tundra tailgate requires less sealing than my previous Nissan Titan, or 99 Tacoma.

I was going to get the belt extenders but I didn't know if they were going to add too much bulk in that area and be uncomfortable. The ones that I linked fit perfectly, just fyi if you or anyone else wants to get them.

Hey, you don't have to worry about doing the inconspicuous seat belt if they can't see into your vehicle in the first place. ;)

All you have to do to get that rate from SiriusXM is ignore them until your freebe subscription is about to run out and they contact you begging. You can even get them now to invoice, so you can pay with a check for an extra two bucks, which to me its worth paying so they don't have my credit card number. If you give these pirates your credit card number they will automatically renew you after your subscription is up and bill your card unless you call their "special" number. Paying by check if I forget to cancel big deal, they can't run a check through a bank twice! Also never ever confirm they have the correct email address for you because if you do even if you cancel your subscription they will spam your inbox with constant emails.

I also put some tailgate seals in. One trip to the (dirt-road) gun-range last weekend showed me just how much crap gets in around the tailgate. First wash since new and SnugTop install. Removed the un-invited billboard from the dealer. Installed a bed mat when I installed the SnugTop. First full-tank mileage report since topper installation shows about 2mpg improvement, but only 600 miles since new, so could also have some break-in improvement. Also, I have to say, my high-mileage work car, a Ford Escape, has shown about 1 to 2 mpg improvement over the same period. Could just be seasonal stuff. Time will tell. That poor vehicle has been through two significant hailstorms, and looks like a golf ball. I noticed an improvement after that too. Dimpled like a golf-ball, and about 2 mpg improvement with the reduced surface tension. I don't recommend it for aesthetics, though. Went through another significant hailstorm today coming home via E-470 past Denver International Airport. I can't tell if it did any damage, because it would have been camouflaged by the existing damage!
Ah, yes, Spring in Colorado! Hail to the storm.

I got a pair of 5 inch oval running boards from a work buddy. They came off his 2010 TRD Sport Double Cab. They are in really good shape but still look used (If its free is for me!!!!). I painted them up with some Rattle Can bed liner today and put them on this evening. They turned look brand new! Really pleased and should help protect the new white paint. I just put my order in for other parts as well from the interweb. Should be here in a week or two.

... ^^^ ... I have been with SiriusXM a long time and you brought up some very good points. Don't forget SiriusXM cell phone app. I wish I would have brought the "original Sirius Radio Lifetime Membership" special for $100.00 when they first started.

Many of your same ideas also work with OOMA too.

FWIW ...... SiriusXM ... OOMA ... Sonos (Free App.) ... are my 3 favorite subscriptions.
