Edit- Owner looks like a real dildo. You'd think that with all the $$ he had in that car he could afford some driving lessons.

I'm going to lose myself in this epic paint job instead. Block out the bad memories of what I've seen, lol.

Well that was a bummer!! That's what happens when people without training drive powerful cars. I imagine I'd have the same outcome if I slammed on the gas like that.

My dad just restored his '78 F-250. It was actually my first car when I learned to drive. I don't have a photo on hand, but I'll post one next time I see it.

My dad's '78 F-250. Recently restored with new paint, bed liner, restored interior. The truck is basically 100% original, other than paint, fabric, and new chrome.

The water tank in the back is for recycled water because California is in a perma-drought.

What motor? Is it that ginormous 460 torque monster that so many of the 250's got?

Now that you mention it, I'm sad to say that I don't know the exact torque/HP specs. I know it's the 400 cubic inch/6.6L engine.

All I really remember was driving it in high school as my first car. Trying to fill up two gas tanks in a truck that got 8-9mpg quickly became my largest expense as a minor.

My grandfather bought it new in '78. He gave it to my dad sometime in the mid-90's. Hoping I get it at some point.
