I think I'm loosing weight quickly beacuse I'm normally 170-175ish and I'm just a bit of a fatty right now. I'm sure I'm eventually gonna start to plateau pretty soon. Not really sure how long I'm gonna keep trying to lose weight, but I'm still getting stronger and it's not affecting my workouts so gonna keep it up. My fat consumption is pretty high usually 110-120g a day but I'm not gonna worry about it unless it becomeseems a problem

 

Yet again, I'm gonna have another terrible weekend. My best friend is getting married tomorrow and it's gonna be a drunk-fest tonight and tomorrow. BBQ, beer, etc.

Also, my wife's cousin is flying in from Huntington Beach to attend the wedding and he's staying with us and we always show him a good time.

I'm just gonna give up on getting a 6 pack

 

i have had to drop my calories quite a bit to continue loosing fat right now.
Sucks b@lls. My strength in the gym suffers badly . Yesterday was the first day i felt a panic when i was benching solo with only about 345 and went to go punch the 5th rep out and it was a stale mate! Sob. I made it but that made me hate for a while

 

oh man, sounds dangerous lol

Haha I thought the same thing. I wish I could use that in a sentence #lifegoals

 

For real though, hard boiled egg whites are a gift from the gods for me. 20 cals, a bit of protein, no carbs no fat.

I love boiled eggs, but hate the yolk, so I switched to liquid egg whites to keep from throwing out the yolks. I hate wasting food. I cook about 15 tbsp each morning and sprinkle lemon pepper and hot sauce on them...so good.

 

Might as well hit 16 and just have a cup

 

memorial day MURPH today anyone else doing it this weekend?

 

I only chose 15 because the box is 90 tbsp, so I can do 6 days of 15 tbsp and not have to open 2 boxes on one day.

Walking to different machines is too much cardio for me

 

sounds yummy - I use mostly the liquid ones too - use about a 1/2 cup and just toss in a whole egg in the mix when I make eggs. Cholula Chipotle hot sauce =yum ...now I want eggs dammit.

I did it last year - may attempt again this weekend...did it slightly modified since I didn't have access to a weight vest - and my upper body isn't suuuper strong haha. did 120 assisted pull ups, 150 pushups before my arms gave out on me, the rest I did....but flipped a tire a bunch to make up for it tho LOL
