hu? We don't have front plates in Florida. If your state requires it then yes. But we don't enforce laws of other states.

Actually the very back window, not the side back windows can be as dark as you want as long as you have two, working and functional rear view mirrors on the side of your vehicle.

 

They do if your in the wrong hoods.
