this guy does tons of custom fab work on every type of vehicle. I'd be shocked if he didn't have plans for this to fit on earlier model tacomas too. He's on TW send him a PM and ask

Have to admit, I'm a bigger fan of the US Off Road design. I like the way it blends in. The C4 one looks tacked on to me.
Thanks, I think I'm going to hold out a bit and get the US Off Road with a winch.

Where's your Evo rusting? I remember years ago hearing the trunks had issues with the spoiler similar to the STI, but I didn't hear of other areas. I used Fluid Film on my truck from day 1 and it was completely rust free underneath except the top of the underside of the rear chrome bumper because I missed it when I was doing my application.

It's funny you mention how nice the Taco rides compared to your Evo. I always laugh when I hear people whine about Load Range E tires riding rough/loud. Compared to my stock suspension'd STI, it rode like a dream. I had the OEM 2011+ BBS/Dunlops and it sounded like I had 4 bad wheel bearings. I ended up selling the wheels/tires and put a set of Pilot Super Sports on the stock 17's just to get away from the noise.

There isn't one yet. It's a convoluted story, so I'm trying not to think about it right now. I'm getting mighty sick of the rental though.

I'm waiting to hear back from someone who posted a C5 for sale in ME to see if I'll be heading up there this weekend to check it out.

Starting to see rust around the driverside dog leg before the rear wheel and the wheel arc there. The previous owner got into an accident and the repair was really shitty and they didn't seal any of it apparently. Now I need to get a new quarter panel in because of it but I barely drive her to justify it at the moment. In fact she's going up for sale when I'm back from the desert.
I have full coilovers, under chassis bracing front to rear and majority of the suspension bushing upgrades along with a solid mounted read diff... Everything in that car vibrates when I drive it. I was told that girls love the deceleration vibration in the rear seat though...

Just ripped the cover off the pool. It doesn't look to bad, get it vacuumed and water tested. Kids should be swimming in ice cold water my Monday

Pool prep  I was likewise surprised at how quickly it turned into water the kids could swim in. Must have been something about the lack of snow build up this year, because this was the cleanest I'd ever seen my pool in opening day.
