I'm am I am. Mowed my lawn in record time after work. Then I repaired 4 out of 5 rods. Replaced the one with a bad bearing. Going to get some tomato and cuke plants tomorrow. Have a itch for another item for my tool boxes. Not sure if I'm going to do it. More propane for the grill. May get the Harley out of the storage shop. Weather has been so lousy have not had the urge to ride. More painting on the other box. And I'm sure 5 or 6 things I know I'm forgetting.

    Same as everybody else...

Congratulations on the weight loss! I weighed a tic tac short of 300 lbs a few years ago. Started exercising and cut a bunch of sugar and garbage out of my diet and went down to about 210. I felt terrible, had no energy and just felt bad so I eased up abit and now I'm back up to 230 but I feel a whole lot better.I'm able to hold that weight so I feel that maybe a good weight for me. Maybe 228 is a good weight for you.

Up...barely, with NOTHING planned for the day. Rest. Busy stretch of next 8 days @ work ahead. Still can't lift, but busy getting things lifted by others....

Nice evening with the wife last night. We're both exhausted from the previous "events". Hospitals are no place to get rest.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday!

I want you to meet my grandson Hunter. He has been through a lot in his young life and will continue
To struggle however, this kid has moxie and and his heart is warm. He's a charmer for sure.
