Post pics of the frays? As long as the mantle is in tact it should be fine. If you get any core shots its time to retire

    Lots...see build
Yeah it's a pretty popular place to hike from the poway side and climb from the ramona side. Hoping to get out there early to avoid crowds...

Huh, not familiar with Bonita. Might have to check it out once I get better.

Yeah Tech 9 and the one to the right of it, borderline, are my favorite single-pitch climbs so far. I think we messed up on tech 9 and ended up doing street sweeper, the 11d right next to it...but it also kinda looks like there's a missing flake that would've made the climb a lot easier so maybe it was tech 9 and the rating is from when the flake was there. Tech 9 was harder than borderline, but borderline was longer.

This. I've got a few little frays as well but nothing through the sheath. My rope is just old (like 6 or 7 years now) and it's had a couple good falls on it so it's about time even though it's only been seeing use about 6-7 days a year.

Or if anyone has a factory intake laying around that I could borrow or rent for the day, that would be awesome!

I've seen threads where people talk about it, as if they have it, but not how they did it.

its just the shocks, I'd be using everything else off my tacoma

this is all first gen stuff, by the way

Maybe it does then I might have a set of both to compare but the Tacoma uses a 3 bolt hat and the Tundra a 4 bolt they look similar other than that I will look and see if I have some to compare. I've never tried to swap between the two.

not at home anymore but i had a comparison picture. struts are the same other than the bottom mounting thing (whos name i cant think of right now) being bigger and therefore stronger on the tundra

Nope, he'll swap it out for you. Just tell them to take note of it.
