You ain't kidding. I want to try and go aluminum to keep weight down but that's even more.

Pretty much all the over $50 mods were bought on sale or during a group buy. I'm working pretty much this whole weekend so I'll keep my eye for anything good. I know Mobtown has 20% off till the end of month

I want to do aluminum as well @badphish14. I don't want to be carrying around all that extra weight.

For extra money and less protection I have a hard time entertaining the idea of aluminum armor. kinda defeats the purpose I think. Maybe a front bumber, but under belly no way, if the weight is that much a concern you can really easily remove the under armor.

Pelfreybuilt is nice stuff for sure, I would like to do some of their bumpers.

If you are looking at only armor no bumper I would look at mob town since they are closer to us in freight terms, or relentless fab since i think they have pretty great prices for the entire underneath armor set.

On a side note, I did another rip of garbage at my fav local spot. Already three pulls completed. Deff looks cleaner.

Yeah I've been watching mob town. They're going to offer a full package eventually. I liked aluminum for the weight and that I really don't plan on crawling over rocks but more of a just in case. A friend went to Rausch and he ended up fucking up one of his lines underneath his truck. I can't remember which one but it got snagged on a green.

Why do people have to act like such animals? So expensive to live here and these savages treat the outdoors like a garbage dump. No pride

    Good work uurx

I have budbuilt skids. They held up really well at rausch. Nice and beefy. Shipping wasn't bad either since he is on the east coast.

fml, when your vehicle needs a preliminary wash before it's formal wash, dirty and lazy, soap cannon starting to look awfully useful.

I'm gonna get a foam lance and electric pressure washer soon. Foam guns with a hose are not near as good.

I also did a screw up and drained some ATF the other day while changing my oil after pulling an all nighter and took out the wrong drain plug fml. Now I have no idea how to check it and I refuse to bring it to Smithtown because my oil was black which leads me to believe the last two oil changes at 9500 and 11,500, they just changed the filter and never put in the Mobil one synthetic I requested and paid for. Even from 9500 to 14000 synthetic oil shouldn't be black. 0 sunlight was coming through it as it drained. So f that dealership.
