I remember there was talk about a (pre)filter for the snorkel. I want to say it looked like a red wind sock. Did we ever find out I f airflow are supplying them or if they are even truly needed?

Airflow is unfortunately not going to supply the pre filter sock because it reduces the airflow and should only be used for nasty conditions such as dust etc.

Good to know. Do we know the price and can we buy them from airflow website? So if we do any off roading it would be recommended to have one to install just for those trips and then remove them?

Thats the hint I'm getting, I think we just use them when we are in dusty conditions. I can't seem to find just the filter on their website. I will keep looking

    Check out uniflow.com.au
I believe they have the correct sock style and may also have a different style that just slips over the face of the snorkel. It's an Aussie site so it's calculated in au$. But according to Google 54au$ equals about 38us$. That's including shipping to GA if Im correct. That was the price for the sock style.
